Data Protection
Your personal data is anonymized before AI processing. We strictly adhere to Swiss data protection legislation (DSG).
AI Systems & Providers in Use
In accordance with Art. 50 of the EU AI Act, we disclose which AI systems Selcura uses and where external providers process your input.
Anthropic Claude (Sonnet, Opus, Haiku)
AI concierge advisory, analysis of your investment criteria, and generation of property descriptions and marketing content. Your input is processed server-side (backend) for this purpose.
OpenAI Embeddings & Weaviate
Semantic search and intelligent buyer-to-property matching. This processing is internal and is not output to third parties.
PriceHubble
AI-assisted property valuation provided as a non-binding recommendation — never as an automated final decision.
Onfido
Identity verification (KYC) to qualify eligible buyers. The final decision is always made by a human.
Personal data is filtered out before every AI call (PII filter); all calls are logged in a DSG-compliant manner.
