How long does partner verification take?
Verification typically takes 3-5 business days. We check your broker license and references to ensure the quality of our network.
Do I have to grant exclusivity?
No, we don't require exclusivity. You can offer your properties through other channels in parallel.
When is the commission paid?
Commission is paid within 14 days after the notary appointment. We guarantee punctual payment.
Is there a base fee or membership fee?
No, partnership is free. We only earn on successful brokerage – you pay no base fees.
