How do I become a qualified buyer?
After registration, you go through a short qualification process. We verify your investment readiness and capability. The process typically takes 2-5 business days.
What documents are required?
For basic qualification: Proof of identity and information about your investment background. For premium access, proof of capital may be required.
What does membership cost?
We offer different tiers: Explorer (free) for initial insights, Investor (CHF 299/month) for full access, and Elite (CHF 999/month) for exclusive first-look benefits.
How do I get access to properties?
After qualification, you receive access to teaser information. After signing an NDA, you see detailed exposés and get access to the data room.

How can I sell my property curated?

The Process

What is an NDA?
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a confidentiality agreement. It protects sensitive information and is required for access to detailed property data.
What is a data room?
The data room is a protected area with all relevant property documents: Land registry extracts, plans, appraisals, rental agreements, and more for your due diligence.
How does a viewing work?
Viewings are organized discreetly and by appointment. For occupied properties, they take place while respecting the privacy of current residents.
How quickly can a transaction be completed?
With well-prepared buyers and sellers, the process from first viewing to notary appointment can happen in 4-8 weeks.

Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?
We are subject to Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and GDPR. Your data is stored on Swiss servers and never shared without your consent.
Who sees my investment criteria?
Your search criteria are only visible to our team to suggest matching properties. They are never shared with third parties.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes, anytime. According to DSG and GDPR, you have the right to deletion. Contact us and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
